Genesis Medical Clinic has some effective weight loss programs that are designed to reduce your carbohydrate intake while increasing your protein, vegetable, and fruit consumption. This regime is coupled with an increase in regular physical activity.

All of our weight loss programs are supervised by experienced physicians. Appetite suppressants, vitamin B12 injections, exercise, and nutrition are the main ingredients of these programs. You ‘ll also have access to nutrition classes and weight loss guidance.

We offer two types of programs:
  • Medical weight loss program
  • Natural weight loss program

Medical Weight Loss Program

First Week
  • Do not deviate from the diet.
  • Start the detox program.
  • Do not eat if you are not hungry.
  • Drink plenty of water per day (at least 1 gallon).
  • You can sweeten the water with a herbal sweetener.
  • Take your multivitamins and L-Carnitine.
  • Check for ketosis.
  • Remove all refined sugar, soda, coffee, and fried food from your diet.
  • You may take CraveArrest to stop sugar cravings.
  • Walk at least 1-2 miles per day.
Second Week
  • Do not deviate from the diet.
  • Do not eat if you are not hungry.
  • Drink 1 gallon of fluid per day.
  • Check for ketosis.
  • Report any signs of cravings or hunger.
  • Start to get some daily activity.
  • Make sure you take your fat burner (L-carnitine) and multivitamins.
  • Take your appetite suppressant.
Third Week
  • You are on your way to a new, healthier body.
  • Follow the previous instructions and you will continue to lose weight.
  • Do not eat if you are not hungry.
  • Drink one gallon of fluid per day.
  • Check for ketosis.
  • Report any signs of craving or hunger.
  • Increase your daily activity.
  • Make sure you take your fat burner and multivitamins.
Fourth Week

Congratulations! If you've followed the above weight loss program, you should have lost 15 to 20 pounds. Continue to follow our weight loss program to lose weight, live longer, and avoid the chronic diseases that go with aging.
Our program works in three stages, and they are the following:

Acute Phase

Assessments and recommendations include:
  • CBC
  • Complete metabolic and lipid profile
  • Thyroid function test
  • Blood Pressure
  • EKG
  • Weight and body fat analysis
  • Exercise and nutritional consultation
  • Medication (This program typically requires one drug but occasionally requires an additional one.)
  • Injection of vitamin B12 (vitamin B6 as well, if needed)
  • Set weight loss goal
  • Weight loss resistance
Cost: The initial visit and consultation fee is $200. There is an additional cost for quality multivitamins and L-Carnitine.

OR

Weekly or bi-weekly visits. Assessments and recommendations include:
  • Weight and body fat index
  • Blood pressure
  • Weekly injection of vitamin B12 (vitamin B6 as well, if needed)
  • Medication prescription
  • Weight loss resistance
  • Nutritional and exercise counseling
  • Review goals
We will evaluate your personalized weight loss program each week and make any changes if required.

Cost:
Weekly visit for $50 or bi-weekly for $90. This charge includes consultation and evaluation, as well as injection and appetite suppressant. Medication required to achieve weight loss goal will be prescribed by the doctor. 

You will remain on this step until you reach 60 percent of your desired weight goal. Then, you will transition into step two: the short-term maintenance program.

Short-Term Maintenance Phase

Weekly or bi-weekly visits.
  • Weight and body fat index
  • Blood pressure
  • Weekly or bi-weekly injection
  • Nutritional and exercise counseling
  • Resistance to weight loss
This is a transitional step. You will be instructed on maintaining the nutritional program. More emphasis will be placed on increasing your activity level and making a permanent lifestyle change to a more healthy and nutritional diet.

Cost: Weekly visit for $50 or bi-weekly for $90.

Long-Term Maintenance Phase

Monthly or bi-monthly visits.
  • Weight and body fat index
  • Blood pressure
  • Injections can be done once a week or once a month
  • Consultation on exercise and nutrition
  • Hormones and how they affect your ability to lose weight
Cost: $50 monthly. This step is incredibly important since the majority of patients need continuous monitoring to maintain their weight loss. During this phase of the program, continued nutritional and exercise instruction will be provided.
We accept most major insurances and offer many payment options.
